Anderson Creek Golf Course
Carvers Creek State Park
is one of the gems of Spring Lake – a state park right in our very own backyard. Not only can you take a stroll on their beautiful trails, but you can also see Long Valley Farm, once a vacation home for James Stillman Rockefeller, of the Rockefeller family. The original home, buildings, and gristmill are still here, giving an extra touch of historical charm to this stunning state park.
Sandhills Farmers Market
Spring Lake’s agricultural roots run deep, and you’ll find many multi-generation farms in the area. Meet some of them and enjoy locally grown goods once a month at the Sandhills Farmers & Heritage market. You can also stop by some of them to enjoy agro-tourism and fun seasonal events.
